These Terms govern your use of NavRoutes and navroutes.com. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Using NavRoutes

NavRoutes provides route planning, organisation and record-keeping tools for personal or business delivery work. You are responsible for the information you enter, your account or device, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and the rights of the people whose information you handle.

Navigation and route responsibility

Routes, map results, arrival estimates and navigation suggestions may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They do not replace your judgement, road signs, traffic rules, vehicle restrictions or safe driving practice. You remain responsible for choosing a safe route, checking conditions and operating your vehicle lawfully. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

Photos, notes and delivery records

You must have permission to capture, store or share delivery photos, recipient details, parcel references and notes. Do not use NavRoutes to store unlawful, abusive or unnecessary sensitive information. A status or photo record is not a guarantee that a delivery occurred or that a recipient accepted a parcel.

Subscriptions

Some features or route sizes may require a subscription. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are controlled by the applicable app store. Store terms and payment policies also apply. Website content does not create an offer to sell a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape or interfere with NavRoutes or its services; attempt unauthorised access; use automated extraction; or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, and may update these Terms. We will use the app or website to communicate material changes where appropriate. The effective date identifies the current version.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, NavRoutes is provided without guarantees that routes, estimates, maps, integrations or records will be uninterrupted, accurate or suitable for every vehicle, road or delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
