Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how NavRoutes handles information in the NavRoutes mobile applications and at navroutes.com. It should be reviewed and approved for the final release by the publisher before publication.

Information you enter

NavRoutes can process route information you choose to enter, including addresses, route names, recipient details, parcel references, notes, delivery statuses and photos. Route history and locally stored delivery records are intended to remain on your device unless a feature explicitly sends information to a service you choose to use.

Routing and map services

When you optimise a route or use address services, the app may send the information needed for that request to the relevant routing, map or address provider. Those providers process information under their own privacy notices. Do not enter information you are not authorised to use, and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive personal information in route notes.

Photos and device permissions

Camera, microphone, photo-library and location access are requested only when a feature needs them and remain subject to your device settings. Photos, recordings and location data are used to provide the action you choose. Review permissions on your device and remove them at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the applicable app store. NavRoutes does not receive your full payment card details. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used for the purchase.

Website information

This static website does not request route addresses, camera access, microphone access or uploads. The production site contains no advertising tracker by default. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as an IP address in server logs according to their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Information stored locally in the app is removed when you delete it through the app or remove the app from your device, subject to device backups. Information sent to a third-party routing or map provider is governed by that provider. Contact us if you have a question about information handled by NavRoutes.

Your questions

For privacy questions, contact support@navroutes.com. We may need enough information to understand and respond to your request. Do not email passwords, payment details or sensitive delivery information.

Changes

We may update this notice when the app, website or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
